The scope of this project consisted of a complete exterior
renovation to an existing 56,405 SF helicopter hangar. An
exterior skin of insulated core metal wall panels was applied
to the conditioned spaces along the lower portions of the
hangar in order to provide thermal insulation and reduce
energy consumption. Thin profile, non-insulated metal wall
panels were installed on the upper portions of the hangar to
improve weather resistive performance along with added
aesthetic appeal.
