This two and three-story Multi-family Housing project
consists of 160 apartment units, community building,
and associated streets and parking. The total site
area is approximately 15 acres, and the total built
area is approximately 213,948 square feet.

The apartment units consist of one, two, and three
bedroom units with open breezeways in between.
The facility is designed to withstand basic wind
speed of 140mph and 3 second wind gust at
155mph. Impact resistant glazing was used in lieu of
shutters.
